Marjorie Mayfield, PHR, CHRP- Chief Operating Officer

Marjorie joined the firm in July of 2013. As Chief Operating Officer she is responsible for maintaining the operations of the firm as well as ensuring customer service is top priority. She lives in Bainbridge and works in both the Donalsonville and Bainbridge offices. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), is a member of First United Methodist Church and is married and has 3 children.

Gina Alday - Senior Administrative Assistant

Gina has been with the firm since 1997. Her duties include client assistance, telephone operator and front desk reception for the firm. She and her husband Ricky Alday have two children, Sammy and Kellee, and make their home here in Seminole County.

Missy Belcher- Administrative Assistant

Missy joined the firm in January 2017 and is located in the Bainbridge office. She has a background in insurance sales and print layout. Missy is married and she has 3 children and 6 grandchildren. She assists with phones and specific duties for our staff such as scanning and transmitting returns. She enjoys spending time with her family.

Paula Boyer- Senior Administrative Assistant

Paula is the newest member of BWH. She joined the firm in February 2017 as a Sr. Administrative Assistant. She most recently worked as a bookkeeper for a farming operation. Paula brings a wealth of knowledge in office management and supervision as well as project management. She is located in the Bainbridge Office.

Barbara Chandler - Accounts Payable

In addition to being a bookkeeper and Zumba instructor, Barbara handles accounts payable for Burke, Worsham & Harrell, LLC. No stranger to the company, she is the daughter of BWH founder Jack Burke. She is the mother of two very talented sons.

Jessica Haire - COO Administrative Assistant

Jessica joined the Firm in August of 2017 as the assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and is located in the Donalsonville office. She previously worked at Southeast Alabama Medical Center starting as an ER Registration Representative and was most recently the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer. She and her husband, Jamey, live in Brinson. Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her puppy, Sophie.

Sarah McCombe - Administrative Assistant

Sarah joined the Firm in April 2018 as an Administrative Assistant at our Bainbridge office. She assists with phones and specific duties for all of staff and clients. For the past year she was lucky enough to be a stay at home mom. Sarah resides at Lake Seminole in Donalsonville, GA with her husband and two children, Annalee and Tripp.

Anne Odom Stark - Administrative Assistant

Anne was born and raised in Donalsonville, GA. She graduated from Seminole County High School and attended Bainbridge State College. She joined the Firm in March 2018 as an Administrative Assistant in our Donalsonville office. Her duties include front desk back up, client assistance, and general clerical duties. Anne has over 30 years' experience in administrative duties, customer service, and finance. She is the mother of one son, Joshua Reed Stark.

Gloria Williams - Administrative Assistant

Gloria joined the firm as an administrative assistant in August of 2009. She and her husband, Anthony live in Iron City with their son, Justin. She assists with phones and specific duties she performs for our staff such as scanning and tax return assembly. She enjoys fishing and spending time with her family.
